While you’re here in Haute-Provence, don’t miss your chance to discover the region's highlights, such as Riez la Romaine, Esparron Lake and Valensole Plain…
Typical villages

Gorges du Verdon / The Verdon Canyon
The Verdon gorges are a canyon carved out by the Verdon river separating the Castellane Prealps and the Digne Prealps. The Verdon begins its course right up near the Allos Pass, in the Les Trois Evêchés mountain range. It flows out into the Durance, near Vinon-sur-Verdon, after winding its way nearly 175 kilometres.
