In Haute Provence, Perl'Amande perpetuates an almond tradition that dates back to 1920. In the 1960s-1970s, Perl'Amande specialized in organic products with a whole range of purees, almond paste and spreads.

Closed exceptionally on Easter Monday, Feast of the Ascension, Whit Monday, May 1st, May 8th, July 14th, August 15th, November 1st, November 11th and December 25th.
