Specialized in Ayurvedic massages - traditional Indian medicine, according to Ayurveda:
* abhyanga: the body with hot sesame oil for all people and beneficial for athletes
* padabhyanga: Indian foot reflexology with or without kansu bowls
* saraswati: belly massage
* mukhabhyanga: face/skull massage - with or without kansu bowls
* hot bags: herbs, lavender flowers, spices - to detoxify the body
* pregnant woman and baby (shantala)
* vridhabhyanga: elderly people according to Ayurveda
- lithotherapy massage: with crystals: rose quartz and amethyst pebbles with a natural oil based on propolis, or perfumed oil, or vegetable oil mixed with crystals or essential oils
- sound massage with singing bowls and tuning fork
- energetic and vibrational care LaHoChi

I welcome you by appointment, in various locations in and around Manosque and also I come to your home with my massage table, my equipment, my musical instruments.

I also organize daytime workshops, weekends with or without unusual accommodation, in the countryside, in the mountains, accompanied by various therapists and practitioners: yoga, hiking, massages, shiatsu, meditation, sound therapy...
