Sound journey : meditation guided by the sound of healing instruments: singing bowls, chimes, tongue drum, rain stick, gong, voice....

This is an invitation to travel into the Universe of Sound !
Sound therapy is a helping tool for well-being : it promotes relaxation, quiet, removes blockages, phobias, improves cognitive abilities, allows to reconnect with yourself and experience life, to being in the present moment, it re-balances, harmonizes cellular exchanges, energy, it soothes physical and emotional pain by acting on all the bodies of our being.
It is a unique experience !
Bring : floor mat, blanket, cushion, bottle of water, wear loose clothing
Open to all: adults, children and teenagers.
Contraindications: pacemaker, stent, schizophrenia, epilepsy, heart problems, metal rods, precautions with pregnant women - 3 months
