HOUSING TYPE:
Townhouse on 3 levels, fully rented - 65 m2
On the ground floor: entrance, hallway, bedroom with 140 x 200 cm bed, laundry room and dressing room.
1st floor: living room with open kitchen, table for 4 people, sofa and TV.
2nd floor: large bedroom with large 160 x 200 bed and desk, bathroom with WC.
DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA:
The house is located near the post office, in the heart of the Provençal village, in the historic and most authentic part.
THE STRONG POINTS:
- Very quiet area, very little traffic
- The shops are 100 meters from the house
- All the top of the old village is pedestrian, to discover because very picturesque (laundry, church, old stones)!
- You reach the Verdon in 5 minutes
- Beautiful walks are possible around the Verdon .
PLEASE NOTE, the streets sometimes have steep drops, so the house will be suitable for people with no health problems.
GETTING AROUND:
We move on foot in the neighborhood for more ease.
The small street being pedestrian, you must park in a nearby street.
For your peace of mind, I can offer you the closed garage during your entire stay, with a small supplement. This is located 100 meters from the house.
The little house near the Verdon is an old renovated village house.
It is not perfect but very pleasant to live in, and located in absolute calm!
I renovated it carefully so that I could feel good there during my visits to Vinon.
It is located a stone's throw from shops, restaurants and bakeries, tobacconists, hairdressers, souvenir shops.
I offer you an ultra clean house, and I want to rent to respectful people :)
