Presentation

In Montagnac, a small village in the heart of Provence, within the Verdon Regional Natural Park, our guesthouse "Le Platane" offers a relaxing stay for the whole family or with friends. This family house consists of two independent guesthouses with a shared pool.
Gîte "Le Platane" is a 100 m² cottage rated 3*, situated on a fenced 1400 m² plot, offering a pleasant setting with its own private entrance. On a raised ground floor, it features a large living area with an open-plan equipped kitchen (electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle), a dining room, and a relaxation area with a sofa, flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and an oil stove. A utility room and a separate WC with a hand basin complete this space.

The gîte includes 4 bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed (140 cm), and 2 additional rooms with 2 single beds (90 cm) each. A bathroom with a shower and WC is also available. The accommodation can host up to 8 people.

You can enjoy 2 private covered terraces, one next to the kitchen, the other overlooking the pool and the village, adding to the charm of this gîte. These are ideal spots for meals without worrying about the sun.

Around the pool, sun loungers are available.

Cleaning is included. All charges are included.
Linens are not provided.

The accommodation is a two-minute walk from the village center, where you will find two restaurants and a grocery store, and only 15 minutes from Riez, which offers many other shops (supermarket, etc.), a market, and concerts.

You are close to all the lakes and Gorges of Verdon:

10/12 minutes from the lake and village of Sainte-Croix-du-Verdon
10/12 minutes from the lake of Montpezat and the Gorges of Baudinard
10/12 minutes from the lake of Artignosc near Saint-Laurent-du-Verdon
20/25 minutes from Quinson with its prehistoric museum
25/30 minutes from the lake of Esparron
Various activities are possible in the surrounding area: hiking, biking, mountain biking, kayaking, swimming, trail running, paddleboarding, electric boat and pedal boat rentals at all water sports bases, and horseback riding.

This region is ideal for triathletes or cyclists.

And why not enjoy a "rejuvenation" day at the thermal center of Gréoux-les-Bains (remember to book!).

Provencal markets are held daily in the region: twice a week in Riez on Wednesdays and Saturdays, in Quinson on Monday mornings, and a night market on Wednesdays during the summer (you will find all the information by scanning the QR code of the Tourist Office provided in the gîte).

Shopping areas can be found in Riez or Régusse.
Riez is 12 km away, Régusse is 15 km away, and Aups is 30 km away.
