Le Garriga de Hugo, featuring a very large terrace and a cozy little garden. The apartment, renovated in the summer of 2021, boasts a spacious private terrace with a shaded trellis and private access to the shores of the lake on our property.
The 42 m² apartment and its terrace are completely private, located on a raised area at the back of the property. Access is via an external staircase with 15 steps.
The apartment, equipped with air conditioning, features a spacious bedroom opening onto the private terrace with a 160 cm bed, a bathroom, a living area with a two-seater sofa bed, and a kitchen area equipped with a dishwasher.
The solarium terrace, shaded by a trellis, is furnished with a table and chairs, a gas grill, a seating area with an umbrella, two sun loungers, and a coffee corner in the unclosed private garden. The apartment and its terrace overlook an unfenced garden with a view of the lake.
Direct access to the dock and private shores of the property is nearby, along with a designated parking space for one car. The environment is calm and green, perfect for a relaxing stay. You can start beautiful walks and hikes in the area, and you are just 7 km from Gréoux les Bains, where you can enjoy multiple restaurants and entertainment without the noise.
Activities and Leisure:
Enjoy direct access to the dock and private shores of the property for swimming or contemplation.
Canoes and Paddleboards: Explore the picturesque surroundings of Lake Esparron with our canoes (included in the rental), and feel free to bring your paddleboards.
Petanque Court: Enjoy a beautiful petanque court for moments of fun and relaxation.
