This luminous sudio on the 3rd floor with lift and parking is fitted and equipped with every comfort: plenty of storage space, including a large dressing room in the entrance hall, washing machine and silent dishwasher, large fridge with freezer in the kitchen area, two ovens (traditional and microwave). The lounge area (armchairs and coffee table) lets you relax while watching television, in the space freed up by the pull-out bed. The bathroom has a beautiful basin, a large shower tray and plenty of storage space. The balcony offers a beautiful view of the village and the surrounding hills, which you can explore at the foot of the residence in a very quiet environment. The studio also has a cellar and a communal room. Access to the building is secured by an intercom. Recycling bins are available nearby. Supermarket 200 m away so does the bus stop to Marseille.
