The Lou San Peyre residence (also known as Côté Provence II) is quietly set back from the Avenue des Thermes as you exit towards Riez. It comprises two buildings separated by a magnificent Provencal garden. Access to the first-floor apartment from the first floor is by elevator or staircase. Lou San Peyre is surrounded by parkland and forest. The balcony faces west. It overlooks the grounds of a senior citizens' residence. You have a view of the mountains on the other side of the Verdon, and through the trees in the park you can see the village with the Templiers castle.

The Lou San Peyre residence was built in 2013 in the Provencal style. The apartment (40.1 m2) comprises a spacious living room/kitchen (22.8m2), a large bedroom (11m2) and a bathroom with toilet (6.3m2). A double French window in the living room/kitchen gives access to the balcony. The west-facing balcony (5.3m2) can accommodate up to four people.

The bedroom has a double bed (160x200), a large wardrobe with hanging space, two bedside tables and a desk.
In the living room, there's a large, comfortable sofa bed with a slatted base (140x190) for 2 additional adults. The living room is further furnished with two half-low tables, a coffee table and a chest of drawers. A club lounge chair and a lounge mirror complete the comfort.
The kitchen is furnished with wall units, a work surface and base units. It is well equipped with 4 hotplates, microwave oven, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washing machine and vacuum cleaner. Everything is provided to prepare and serve meals for four people.
The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC and clothesline.
The balcony is equipped with a recliner, table and chairs for four. A curtain to protect against the sun and wind enables tenants to make the most of their time outdoors.
The Lou San Peyre residence is a low-energy building (BBC). Combined with a large ceiling fan, it makes for pleasant days out even in the hottest weather. The apartment has independent gas heating.

The apartment is connected to fiber optics. It's ideal for remote working. The large TV set is connected to the internet via a Freebox. In addition to the TNTSAT channels, you can enjoy all the Free TV channels.
The Lou San Peyre residence features a private swimming pool for residents, an underground garage with reserved parking and direct elevator access. For mountain bikers, there's a lockable communal storage area. The residence's two buildings are separated by a magnificent Provencal garden accessible only to residents.

The apartment's surroundings
Within a five-minute walk of the residence, you'll find everything you need for a pleasant stay: two small shops, two good restaurants with evening entertainment, the casino, the municipal swimming pool, a forest, the garrigue and a little further away (10 min) the Verdon river.
At your request, we can provide bed linen and towels. To make your departure easier, you can also ask for your accommodation to be cleaned. If you need a cot or anything else, please contact our housekeeper.

By car :
Take Avenue des Thermes in Gréoux-les-Bains towards Riez. Follow Avenue des Thermes up to the Côté Provence I residence. Turn right immediately after the residence and continue 50m to the Lou San Peyre residence (Côté Provence II).

By train and bus :
- From Marseille Gare St. Charles or Aix-en-Provence Gare Routière: Take the LER27 bus and get off at the Passy or Hautes Plaines stop in Gréoux-les-Bains to walk 500m to the Lou San Peyre residence.
- From Manosque: Take bus 131 DLVA, 132 DLVA (136 DLVA in summer) and get off at the Passy or Groupatasse stop in Gréoux-les-Bains to reach the Lou San Peyre residence after a 500m or 100m walk.
Bus and train information:

Our housekeeper will meet you at the Lou San Peyre residence. She will give you the keys. She'll show you the apartment so you can settle in quickly. She will also accompany you on your departure. If you need any services during your stay, you can also contact her.

Label and standards
The apartment is classified as a 3* meublé de tourisme for four people. The classification was established on 16/08/2019 by the DLVA Community Tourist Office, Avenue Pierre Brossolette, 4800 GREOUX LES BAINS.

- Cancellation conditions
In the event of cancellation of the rental contract by the tenant, the deposit is retained by the owner. If the tenant cancels less than 90 days before the rental date, the owner will ask for the balance of the rent. It is the tenant's responsibility to contact an insurance company to establish an insurance contract.
- tourist tax
Tourist tax must be paid on arrival to our housekeeper, who will forward it to the appropriate local authority.

Tip for booking the spa and apartment:
If you find a space that suits you for a cure, we suggest you send us a pre-reservation for the rental. This pre-reservation allows you to make a cure reservation without losing the apartment rental for the period of time you require. The pre-booking is valid for a few days.
If you would like to make a reservation, or if you have any questions, please contact us by e-mail or telephone. Once you've booked, you'll receive a rental contract, which you'll sign and return to us.
