Magnificent Parc Paradis studio, right next to the spa. Quiet, lift, wifi, unobstructed view, all mod cons, large connected TV, parking, bike room, etc.
Superb studio apartment (approx. 25m²) in a great location. Just cross the road into the Thermes park to access the establishment. You can also cross the park to find yourself near the Verdon, with picnic tables, fitness trail, leisure activities, etc. It is also close to the Casino (5 minutes) and the town centre (10 minutes).
Warm and welcoming, we've tried to think of everything for your comfort and offer you quality accommodation. For your sleep, the studio is equipped with Bultex bedding. For your entertainment, a giant 127cm connected smart TV sits on the wall in the dining room, which is fitted with designer furniture and decor. For your meals, there is a large 42-litre traditional oven, a microwave and a double ceramic hob.
In the dining area you will find :
- A table with 3 chairs.
- Two recliners.
- A chest of drawers.
- A 50'' (127 cm) flat-screen TV with Smart TV connection (DTT, YouTube, Amazon prime and Netflix if you have a corresponding subscription, radio, your smartphone, USB key, HDMI, etc.).
In the kitchen you will have :
- A fridge with freezer.
- A microwave oven and a large traditional oven with revolving heat, grill, spit turner and pizza stone.
- Everything you need for cooking: ceramic hob, utensils, crockery, etc.
- For your breakfast, there is also a coffee maker, kettle and toaster.
The bathroom has :
- A walk-in shower.
- A washbasin with a large backlit mirror.
- Washing machine with dryer.
- a hairdryer.
The entrance to the flat includes :
- A separate WC
- A large wardrobe with hangers, iron and ironing board, hoover, fan, etc.
For sweet dreams, the sleeping area is equipped with :
- 140x190 Bultex bedding with bolster and pillows.
- A cosy duvet.
- Two bedside lamps with sockets for recharging your smartphones at night.
The residence includes :
- A day caretaker.
- A lift.
- An entrance door secured by digicode.
- Free parking.
- A bicycle room.
Services available:
- Free Wifi internet access.
- Electricity, heating and hot water included in the rental price and within reasonable limits.
- Linen optional for 30 euros (fitted sheet, pillow and bolster cases, duvet cover, towels, bath mat).
- Optional basic cleaning at the end of your stay for 30 euros.
- Optional cancellation guarantee for 50 euros, which entitles you to a credit note valid for 3 years on all other sums paid if cancelled before 30 days of the start date, or to 50% of other sums paid less than 30 days before the start date.
The accommodation is NON-SMOKING and pets are not allowed.
At the bottom of the building, you'll find a newsagent and a mini-market, very useful for your basic needs.
Gréoux-les-Bains town centre is less than 10 minutes' walk away, and the Casino is only 5 minutes' walk away. Valensole is 13 km away, and Manosque 16 km. Moustiers-Sainte-Marie is 34 km away, Aix-en-Provence 55 km, the airport 80 km, and many other interesting destinations are listed in the documentation available in the accommodation.
We ask for a deposit of 350 euros, which will be returned to you if there is no damage or missing object, all sums paid, non-abusive use of the services offered and cleaning carried out if the cleaning option has not been taken out.
Means of payment accepted: Credit card - Cheque - Bank transfer.
