Well-equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, coffee maker, plancha, etc.). Flat-screen TV (Orange, Netflix), Wifi with fiber-optic connection.
The swimming pool is open from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm. It is covered and heated from May to June. My wife and I use it a few times a day when the tenants are away. No other users.
Sheets and towels can be rented.
