Appeared almost 3.5 billion years ago, it is presumed to be one of the first bacteria to contribute to the appearance of all life on earth (plant and animal). Cultivated in an aquifer, this alga called cyanobacterium is one of the most complete in nutrients: proteins, iron, omega, minerals, essential amino acids, numerous vitamins and trace elements.

It is particularly indicated to prevent colds, during periods of seasonal change, adapted to the needs of the elderly or weakened, sportsmen, vegetarians, future mothers, autoimmune diseases, postoperative periods, convalescence. It can decorate all your dishes, sprinkled on the plate, mixed with a juice or a dessert. By mixing it with lukewarm water, you can get a spirulina ointment.
