Very well equipped and internet with good Wifi.
New fitted kitchen with silent fridge/freezer, microwave oven, ceramic hob, oven, plenty of storage space, steam cooker, mixer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, citrus juicer, blender ...
Main room with cupboard, flat-screen TV, fan, table and chairs, small sofa, sleeping area with firm 2-seater bed. Bed made up on arrival.
Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Separate toilet.
All linen provided: sheets, towels, bath mats, tea towels, etc.
The large 8 m² terrace is equipped with garden furniture, a table and two chairs, as well as an ashtray for smokers (non-smoking interior). Awning on terrace. West-facing.
Pets accepted by prior arrangement.
I'll welcome you personally and explain how to use the equipment, and I'm at your disposal during your stay if needed.
Charges included: electricity, wifi, cold water, hot water, heating.
If you need an accommodation invoice for your health insurance, it will be provided.
