Magnificent Parc Paradis studio apartment right next to the spa. Small sunny balcony facing south-east with uninterrupted view, lift, wifi, all mod cons, large connected TV, bike room, etc.
Superb studio apartment (approx. 27m²) in a great location. Just cross the road into the Thermes park to access the establishment. You can also cross the park to find yourself near the Verdon, with picnic tables, fitness trail, leisure activities, etc. It is also close to the Casino (5 minutes) and the town centre (10 minutes).
Warm and welcoming, we've tried to think of everything for your comfort and offer you quality accommodation. For your sleep, the studio is equipped with two independent beds. For your entertainment, there's a 101 cm wide-screen TV with smart TV connection in the dining room, which is furnished and decorated to a high standard. For your meals, there is a large traditional 42-litre oven and a microwave in a beautiful modern kitchen.
In the dining area you will find :
- A table with 4 chairs.
- Two recliners.
- A wardrobe with hangers.
- A 40" (101 cm) flat-screen TV with Smart TV connection (DTT, YouTube, Amazon prime and Netflix if you have a corresponding subscription, radio, your smartphone, USB key, HDMI, etc.).
A sunny breakfast balcony with a table and two chairs.
The kitchen has
- A fridge with freezer.
- A microwave oven and a large traditional fan-assisted oven with grill, spit and pizza stone.
- Everything you need for cooking: electric hobs, utensils, crockery, etc.
- A coffee maker and toaster are also available for your breakfast.
The bathroom has :
- A shower cubicle.
- A washbasin on a storage unit.
- A washing machine.
The entrance to the flat comprises
- An independent WC (separate room)
- A small storage unit.
For sweet dreams, the sleeping area is equipped with :
- Two 90x190 single beds with pillows.
- Cosy blankets.
- A bedside lamp on its table.
The residence includes :
- A day caretaker.
- A lift.
- An entrance door secured by digicode.
- A large free car park.
Services available:
- Free Wifi internet access.
- Electricity, heating and hot water included in the rental price and within reasonable limits.
- Linen optional for 30 euros (fitted sheet, pillow cases, sheets, towels, bath mat).
- Optional basic cleaning at the end of your stay for 30 euros.
- Optional cancellation guarantee for 50 euros, which entitles you to a credit note valid for 3 years on all other sums paid if cancelled before 30 days of the start date, or to 50% of other sums paid less than 30 days before the start date.
The accommodation is NON-SMOKING, except on the balcony where smoking is permitted. Pets are not allowed.
At the bottom of the car park, you'll find a newsagent's and a mini-market that's very useful for your basic necessities.
Gréoux-les-Bains town centre is less than 10 minutes' walk away, and the Casino is only 5 minutes' walk away. Valensole is 13 km away, and Manosque 16 km. Moustiers-Sainte-Marie is 34 km away, Aix-en-Provence 55 km, the airport 80 km, and many other interesting destinations are listed in the documentation available in the accommodation.
We ask for a deposit of 300 euros, which will be returned to you if there is no damage or missing object, all sums paid, non-abusive use of the services offered and cleaning carried out if the cleaning option has not been taken out.
Means of payment accepted: Credit card - Cheque - Bank transfer.
