Free parking in residence. WIFI access.

This studio comprises :
- entrance hall with closet,
- separate WC
- bathroom with bath, washing machine and hairdryer,
- a main room with 140x190 bed, comforter, mattress and pillow protector, cupboards and flat-screen TV,
- dining area with table, 2 chairs, stool, armchair, 1 sideboard and 1 occasional table,
- kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, electric oven, coffee maker, kettle, hotplates, crockery, etc,
- on the balcony 1 table, 2 armchairs and drying rack.

Rates :
- January 15 to March 1, 2022: 450/month (electricity extra according to consumption)
- March 1 to July 3, 2022: €30.00 per night
- July 4 to September 30, 2022: €33.00 per night
- October 1 to December 31: €30.00 per night.

Not included:

- tourist tax: €0.99
- linen rental possible: €15
- end-of-stay cleaning: €40
